I love my family! We had the best reunion this summer at the YMCA of the Ozarks.

Justin is 4!

Justin wanted to go to the rodeo to see bull riding for his birthday. We went to the Fort Worth Stockyards with my sister's family for a night of bull ridin' fun! I can't believe he's 4!

Christmas

Now that Christmas is over I am still in the Spirit. I've been reading Emily Freeman's "A Christ Centered Christmas" today and I can't wait for November. She goes through each of the people in the nativity and gives her insight as well as scriptural insight on their purpose and meaning. She has wonderful traditions associated with each figure. I highly recommend you read this book if you felt like your Christmas just past could have used a little refocus.

Ours was one of our best. My parents got here on Christmas Eve and got here after the kids were in bed. They were present number one. And Charlie, our new puppy, was present number two.
