Lollipop!

Last night was our ward lip sync. Our family and one of Jessica's friends, Graciella, did "Lollipop". We had fun! And, we got voted the 3rd favorite out of 16 acts. :) The kids were pleased and so was I! One of the YW said to me afterwords that she wanted a husband like John, that would do that kind of a thing with his wife. I do have the best husband and kids in the whole world! (The camera didn't get recording in time to get the beginning of the song.)

He's the rootnin' tootnin' cowboy in the wild, wild west! (make sure you listen for him to say that, it's so cute and listen to Justin talking saying, "I want to see Mom." )

I loved it when Justin came galloping into the living room on his little stuffed horse the other day. He loves to ride that thing!

First day of school

We had a good first week of school. The kids both like their teachers and seem to be adjusting well to the new school. Here are a few pics. from the first day. Jared starts preschool tomorrow...so stay tuned!

Housewright Family Reunion-June 2009

All the cousins piled in the truck! There's nothing better than being in the back of the truck with all your cousins!
Grandma and Eric building a fire at the campground. We camped at Onandoga Cave State Park. Got rained out our second night. But, had so much fun! I loved our campfire devotional on being built on a firm foundation. We had awesome devotionals every night that week! I'm grateful for my wonderful family!

Easter

The Easter Bunny did a good job hiding our baskets this year! Jess challenged him hide hers in a hard place. She never suspected that an empty food storage bucket would sneak into place of our flour bucket. She would've never found it without some clues!

Justin was just happy to have those eggs and a big chocolate bunny. He thoroughly enjoyed that bunny all week!

Jacob searches the dishwasher for his basket, but to no avail! He found his in the computer armoir.

Jared found his basket in one of the cupboards. That's usually the first place they look.

Justin looked so handsome in his little outfit! It was recycled. Jacob wore it to Adam and Kelly's wedding when he was that size.
